For shipping fees, customers are responsible for their own shipping fees, depending on their location. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical address for delivery. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the importation process. For lost and stolen packages, it is far beyond our responsibilities and we are sorry that your order is lost or stolen during transit. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
